Ukraine Info: Safety and security of women fleeing Ukraine...share your experiences
The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights is gathering information regarding the safety and security of women fleeiong Ukraine. This is being done in response to reports regarding the high risks of human trafficking that women and children fleeing Ukraine are exposed to.
Information is being gathered via a straightforward online survey, available in English, Russian and Ukrainian. Details are found below, as shared by the ODIHR.
The Malta Refugee Council strongly urges all women who have fled Ukraine to fill in this survey. Do not hesitate to contact us if assistance is required to fill it in (e.g. internet connection, computer, etc.).

Following the alarming number of reports warning of traffickers targeting women and children fleeing from the armed conflict in Ukraine, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is eager to inform you about launch of the Survey on safety and security of women refugees from Ukraine.
This survey aims at hearing the voices of women refugees who have fled Ukraine in light of the armed conflict and identify their safety and security concerns, which make them vulnerable to trafficking in human beings. The collected information will be used to draft policy recommendations to improve safety and security measures for refugees from Ukraine with a particular focus on women and children.
We are kindly inviting you to disseminate the survey among the women refugees from Ukraine for them to fill in the form. We highly appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
The survey is available in English, Ukrainian and Russian and includes potentially useful links for those seeking assistance. The survey will close on 19 September 2022.

У зв’язку з надходженням тривожної кількості повідомлень із застереженнями про торговців людьми, націлених на жінок і дітей, які тікають від збройного конфлікту в Україні, Бюро з демократичних інститутів і прав людини ОБСЄ (БДІПЛ) відкриває Опитування щодо безпеки та безпеки жінок-біженок з України.
Це опитування має на меті почути голоси жінок-біженок, які були змушені покинути Україну внаслідок збройного конфлікту, та дізнатися про їх досвід і занепокоєння щодо безпеки, які роблять їх уразливими до торгівлі людьми. Отримана інформація буде використана для розробки політичних рекомендацій щодо покращення заходів безпеки для біженців з України, а також для забезпечення того, щоб заходи безпеки відповідали конкретній ситуації та потребам жінок і дітей.
Запрошуємо вас розповсюдити опитування серед жінок-біженок з України, щоб вони могли заповнити форму. Ми високо цінуємо вашу співпрацю в цьому відношенні.
Опитування доступне англійською, українською та російською мовами та містить потенційно корисні посилання для тих, хто потребує допомоги. Опитування завершиться 19 вересня 2022 року.
